Refund Policy

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you believe you have received faulty or damaged goods.

Claims can only be made through hello@grubabite.co.uk.

Any returned bags will still need to be sealed and complete with original packaging.  Please ensure when returning goods that you use a reputable delivery service and can provide evidence that they have been delivered back to us.

Complaints

If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service please feel free to contact via t email to hello@grubabite.co.uk and you will receive a written response within 5 working days. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a further 14 working days.

Faulty Goods

If the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the consumer ordered, we will offer the consumer a full refund. This will be done within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund at the latest.
